Giving Hope- A Short Film


(Can also be seen on You Tube) Have you ever had a dream that wasn't realized? Do you still wish those dreams could be fulfilled? Dy-versity Productions and director Wil Castillo present "Giving Hope" which is a 15 minute short film that touches on the inspirational theme of the American Dream. This movie is meant to inspire others throughout the world that are struggling to pursue their own passions and dreams through the eyes of an everyday Asian-American man going through his own trials and tribulations. It also playfully pokes fun at the Entertainment Industry and the various types of characters that inhabit this strange business from a minority actor’s point of view. The goal of this project is to be submitted to national and regional short film festivals and specifically to many of the Asian and Latino-American film festivals in the country. It will display the talents and skills of all involved and will be recognized as a movie that was produced in a professional and creative manner. Dy-versity Productions is currently in the pre-production stages and is looking for individuals and businesses who support and are inspired by the theme of this project to sponsor our efforts.
